Back Pain, Neck Pain, and Joint Pain

While there are many causes of low back pain, neck pain, and joint pain, the treatment approaches are often similar. These conditions often involve physical deconditioning that occurs with decreased activity levels, so improved strength, endurance and flexibility is a big part of their treatment. While there are some treatments that are specific to the kind of diagnosis, pain management often relies on simple pain medications to allow you to do the physical rehabilitation that is necessary.
